Two hundred guests joined Marbella social butterflies Lisa Flannery and Samantha Bramley Fenton at Le Papillon restaurant on Tuesday 19th September to raise money for the animal rescue centre Triple A .
It was a rock n roll afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches and cakes and of course lashings of cava. The entertainment line up was arranged by the legendary Mel Williams with many artistes giving their time for free to provide a great afternoon of entertainment.
Giles Brown Talk Radio Europe's resident good egg was on hand as MC making sure that the raffle and auction went off without a hitch, and such was his success at this endeavour "Danger" Brown managed to squeeze an astonishing 7,000 euros from the guests. Lily van Tongeren and her volunteers worked very hard and still need more members to keep the centre open.
It was a fun afternoon and a very successful event for Triple A .
They are organising a Halloween cocktail party fancy dress party on 31st October at Club Playa Real Hotel Marbesa. Mr Maph and Simone Kennedy will be performing and Steve Canueto, Ben Whyte, Kelly Canueto, and Jason Bowers will DJ .
