The bar to the western end of the square is a great place to enjoy the very typically Spanish delight, churros and chocolate which is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon treat or something sweet after dinner.
Plaza de los Naranjos or the Orange Square in the old town of Marbella is one of the town's best loved hidden gems and once you step onto the square you can see where the name came from, with the mass of orange tress lining the plaza. The square itself is surrounded by shops, restaurants and tapas bars and you can always find somewhere to sit and watch the world go by while enjoying a local tipple and a bite to eat.
Marbella Old Town is a great location whether you fancy discovering the small cobbled streets, the wonderful, quirky bars, or the number of fabulous restaurants and Orange Square is almost in the centre.
If you want to sample some tapas then close by is the wonderful Bar El Estrecho while the dishes on offer at The Orange Tree restaurant just off the main square are definitely worth trying.
