El Lago

Situated at the Greenlife Golf Clubhouse in the Elviria Hills of Marbella, the restaurant El Lago lies on the bottom floor of a beautiful white building, that sits on the edge of a lake facing two of the holes from the 9-hole golf course. The surrounding countryside and the fountain in the lake provide a stunning dining setting. The restaurant aims to create innovative cuisine with personalised service. Since opening in 2000, the restaurant has been awarded a star by the Michelin Guide. The food is fresh and local, with all the products used originating from the local market.

The restaurant certainly gets creative with the range of savoury and sweet flavours, with dishes including foie with bittersweet peach, chicken breast and foie with caramelised apple and pigeon with liver and mango.
