Description

With this one-day hiking adventure, your group will take on the challenge of climbing La Concha (1,200m), the highest peak in Marbella, together with your own experienced guide. Your English-speaking guide will lead you through the beautiful landscapes where you can soak up the scenery and hear fascinating stories about the plants and animals we encounter, ensuring you leave with much more than just good photos. To climb the La Concha peak, we follow a 10-kilometer trail that takes about 3-4 hours to reach the top. It is important that you have a good fitness level and some experience with longer hikes. While challenging, the breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline and mountain ridges make it all worthwhile. We'll also delve into the basics of foraging, teaching you how to recognize different wild herbs like rosemary, sage, and fennel that are edible and available in the region. Additionally, we’ve included a small picnic with beautiful views and a selection of charcuterie snacks. On this stress-free, but moderately challenging, private hike in the Sierra Blanca mountains, your guide will take care of everything and make sure that your group is safe. All you need to do is wear good (layered) clothing and shoes. We'll equip you with a small backpack filled with essential items, including 2L water per person. Located just 20 minutes from Marbella and 30 minutes from Estepona, it’s the perfect way to add some excitement to your visit to the area. Ready for an adventure?
