Christmas Eve - Celebrations will begin on Christmas Eve with carols from a traditional pastoral choir and a special visit from Father Christmas. An extraordinary six-course dinner will be served at The Grill restaurant and MC Café will delight with its à la carte menu. (185 €/£163 per person)

Christmas Day Lunch - Guests can rise at a leisurely hour on Christmas Day, before enjoying a traditional lunch with dishes including consommé Escoffier with brandy and sea bass, roast Christmas turkey with all the trimmings, and traditional Christmas log to finish. Cocktails will be served as well as a live jazz band performing. (15 0€/£132 per person)

New Year’s Eve Dinner - The Grill and Champagne Room will transform for a black tie reception, with Dom Perignon champagne and canapés, followed by an exclusive five-course dinner with wine pairings from Executive Chef, Juan Galvez. Dishes will include organic Riofrio caviar blinis, turbot with sautéed mushrooms and vegetables, veal tenderloin with truffle sauce, and a lemongrass panacotta with Jijona nougat mousse to finish. During the evening, guests will be entertained by the Claude Cohen Trio Jazz band where there will be dancing, an open bar and a DJ from midnight to bring guests into the New Year. Guests will be encouraged to take part in “twelve grapes of luck”, a Spanish tradition, where a grape is eaten with each bell strike at midnight to ensure good luck for the upcoming year. New Year’s Day - Just steps away from the Mediterranean Sea, guests will be able to continue the festivities at the New Year’s Day Beach Club Buffet. A mix of exquisite salads, grilled meats, traditional paella and fresh fish will be served with a complimentary glass of champagne. (130 €/£114 per person)
